Returns

Refunds

Approval Process:

Cash on Delivery Refunds:

  • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for an exchange.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
